"This agency had a 5 star review in the beginning for how kind and well they treated. Then this last month they dropped my homeowners insurance and NEVER informed me. I receive a ridiculous amount of emails from State Farm but not ONE to notify my of cancellation and I never received anything in the mail. I only found out I didn’t have insurance when I called to update them of my Morgage lender switch and THEN was I notified I was not insured. Shame on you State Farm AND this agency. Do BETTER!!! "I heard so many good things about Thadeaus through my 95 year old mother who has done business with him for several years. What a disappointment my wife and I have experienced! I don’t want to go into too much detail because I don’t think focus on the negative aspects of another person needs to be emphasized. I cannot do business with a man who doesn’t tell the truth and leads others down a path where the insurance company takes money that isn’t theirs because he said he could give us coverage, we pay on the policy only to discover they do not provide a policy for our need. Instead of a full refund, we only received a partial even though they did not give us coverage. Then 2 months later they want another minor amount for yet another lame excuse. I’m so disappointed in State Farm and even more so with the misrepresentation of their agent in Tucson, Arizona. We of course paid what they requested ($5.71), but we don’t plan on ever doing business again with State Farm or Thadeaus again which I’m certain won’t hurt his feelings at all."
